Our bicycles, wheels and components are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. This does not include standard wear and tear, damage caused by inadequate maintenance, or damage due to incorrect assembly. We reserve the right to invalidate any warranty claim for these reasons.
Crash Replacement Policy
We offer a one-time crash replacement policy with component replacement being offered at 50% discount from retail price, or a replacement frame for 60% of the current retail price. The damaged item must be returned to the national distributor. This is an open ended policy, not tied to 2 years.
