Grammo Returns Information

In the event of either a warranty, damage replacement or product return situation the correct procedure is as follows:

1. Contact Grammo - Contact Grammo via either e-mail or telephone and clearly identify the issue. This will allow us to confirm that the issue is covered and to complete the next stages.

2. RA Number - Grammo will issue an RA number as a reference for the case going forward. Without an RA # the returned item can not be processed, this will cause a delay to any replacement or refund being completed.

3. Include RA # With Shipment - The RA # must be included either on a note or a tag included with the returned item and clearly stating the damage or reason for return. An explanation of how the damage occurred may also be helpful.

4. Pack and Send - Place item in box and pack well to ensure no further damage.
