Grammo Warranty and Returns Information

Returns or Cancellations

Grammo is a global Consumer/Dealer direct business. When you purchase via the website your order is placed with the nearest distribution center to your location, and from that time they will become your point of contact for the delivery and in life support of that product.

Grammo's in country distribution is available for Asia, Europe, UK, USA

Upon receipt of your Grammo item, if there is a problem and you would like to return it, we will pay the return shipping charges and either replace the defective item or process a full refund

If you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may return it as long as it remains in the same condition in which it left. We will refund the amount you paid for the item, however, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Special orders or custom builds are subject to a down payment. In the event of cancellation 10% of the amount paid is non refundable.

Returns for any other reason may be negotiated but are not guaranteed.

Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% resocking fee.

In the event that a return is required and terms meet the above criteria the correct procedure is as follows:

1. Initial Contact - Contact Grammo or the Distributor who supplied your item via either e-mail or telephone and clearly identify the issue or reason for return.

2. RA Number - Grammo will issue an RA number as a reference for the case going forward. Without an RA # the returned item cannot be processed, this will cause a delay to any replacement or refund being completed.

3. Include RA # With Shipment - The RA # must be included either on a note or a tag included with the returned item and clearly stating the damage or reason for return. An explanation of how the damage occurred may also be helpful.

4. Pack and Send - Place item in box and pack well to ensure no further damage. Return to the original supplier of the item, unless otherwise agreed with Grammo. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and may be refunded in the case of nonreplacement.

Grammo Warranty Information

Grammo takes great pride in the design and manufacture of all its products. From the original conception to a finished item we endeavor to create products that are fit for purpose and provide miles of riding pleasure. Quality, reliability and serviceability are the standard.

Our bicycles, wheels and components are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Grammo will repair or replace at its option any item determined to be defective and covered by warranty.

Warranty does not cover: standard wear and tear, damage caused by inadequate maintenance, or damage due to incorrect assembly. We reserve the right to invalidate any warranty claim for these reasons.

Warranty does not cover any custom paint.

In the event that a warranty return is required the correct procedure is as follows:

No-Fault Replacement

Grammo will replace parts to the original owner at a minimal charge in the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation for the life of the item.

This is one-time offer with component replacement being 50% discount from retail price.

The damaged item must be returned to the national distributor.

This is an open ended policy, not tied to 2 years standard warranty and is available to the original owner only.

Grammo is rider-owned company. We’re well aware that not every situation can be accounted for and not every issue is covered by the above categories.

Our aim is to leave no rider who supports us feeling that they have an unresolved problem. We are not satisfied until you are.
